@Guessgal  "Aspyn Ovard" is the name on the palette.  She's a Youtuber who is doing the collaboration with Tarte that resulted in that palette.

ABH Dream Glow Kit swatches - May 22nd

I'm skipping this one, but I love that there are so many dark highlighters launching this year.

I wanted this palette when I saw it because they looked colourful, then I saw these swatches and I thought I'd pass but then I saw the photo swatches on the Anastasia Beverly Hills IG and loved it again. Needless to say, I'm confused as to how these highlighters actually look on the skin
