They seem to be missing a regular lineup of normal cream lipsticks (not lippie stix) so maybe it's a lipstick!

I hope they come out with one of these from the cool pro palette. I can't justify picking this up seeing how I still have an unopened UD Electric palette that I purchased as a back up. It's pretty though.
