The fall what I do is

1-Apply #Glowrecipe Tinted Moisturizer. In my opinion, the perfect base for fall makeup is a good tinted moisturizer..

2-Apply Foundation. or and conceiler.

3-Blush, your choice of color. 

4-lips my personal favorite is black honey from @Cliniqe 

The best way to prevent sliding is to keep all makeup bases the same. So for a silicone primer, use a silicone foundation on top.
