New non-consumer friendly return policy

Although I don’t shop here as often as I used to, I’ve now found another reason to stop shopping here altogether. I made an in-store purchase a little over a month ago my first one this year and had no reason to assume the return policy had changed, especially since it wasn’t printed on my receipt.

 

A Sephora employee recommended a contour stick, assuring me it was clean and safe for sensitive skin. Unfortunately, it caused a reaction. When I went back to exchange it for a different product, I was offered no help not even store credit or any flexibility.

 

Now I’m stuck with yet another product I can’t use. Thirty days goes by quickly, especially when there was no warning about such a strict new return policy
