I really enjoy the caliray Mini So Blown Pore-Minimizing & Hydrating Collagen Peptide Primer with Niacinamide 0.34 fl / 10 mL  

blurs, smooths and does very well under lots of different formulas from skin tint to various foundations for me. Iā€™m an oily gal too
