How do you eliminate cracking foundation on nose?

I have been struggling with my foundation cracking on my nose for so long with every single foundation I’ve ever used. Can anyone help me resolve this issue?

Exfoliate twice a week, increased hydration in skincare , maybe try a transfer resistant foundation like double wear, bare minerals , Lancôme, too faced peach perfect ...?
