HELP: PROM MAKEUP IDEAS PLEASE

hello everybody!! i’m a senior in hs and i have prom in a few days and i have to do my own makeup because money’s a little tight but i rly dontmind since makeup is so fun!! my only problem is— i have no clue what todo because i am fairly new at makeup. i have a beautiful navy blue dress and i was wondering if anyone could think of eye makeup i could do? i own a bunch of palettes like modern renaissance, naked 1 and a bunch of colourpop palettes too. any suggestions are very helpful and beauty techniques too!

Golden tones would look amazing with the Navy blue dress @Kelsalva.
