What is your go to way to wind down and relax?

I love face masks for self care! I love that they force me to slow down, relax, chill for twenty minutes and stop the multi-tasking. Also, I love movies. Movies help me slow down and take my mind off the stressors.

I love reading! Just finished John Scalzi's The Consuming Fire and it was awesome! I'm fond of Korean dramas in the evenings, mostly the romantic comedies rather than the melodramas, and usually with a cat on me. I like the aloe face masks from My Beauty Diary and Welcos Jeju Natural.

I like to take a hot bath with a good book and a mask on.
