New Tarte Highlighter! I found it at my SiJCP. They didn't have a tester out and it wasn't on the site so I bought it for science. Idk if I've seen this previewed on IG, maybe a couple of weeks/months ago? It's pretty but a little powdery. I'm wearing it today and it's nice, adifferent tone than many others I have, although it doesn't look like it in the pan.

@darkiceis I love the way it looks in the pan and the packaging but after trying to love it for a couple of days I think I'm going to return it. It seems to lack substance somehow, so when I apply it to my face it just spreads loose sparkle, not a creamy powder product, like the ABH or other sparkly highlighters I own. @jesscheems update!

@jesscheems it looks better when really blended on the skin. It can look really metallic but I managed to blend it and it looks pretty. I want to try it over a cream too. I'll post a picture of it on my face later if I can.
