Contour Cream?

Do you use contour cream instead of moisturizer, or in addition to? If you use both, which goes on first?

It depends on what you mean by contour cream.

But generally, I would say that a contour cream (regardless of which one) and a moisturizer have different purposes, so you could use both together. 

A moisturizer is used to hydrate your skin; its purpose is primarily related to skincare.

There is the type of contour cream which is used to add colour (contour) to mimic shadow; its purpose is primarily cosmetic. With this type of product, you could use the moisturizer first (during skincare routine) to hydrate your skin, and then later on use a contour cream.

Some brands also feature a skincare product which might be referred to as a "contour cream" (Clarins comes to mind). Those are usually targeted treatments, rather than just moisturizers, which could often be used in conjunction with a moisturizer. Generally, I would use a targeted treatment before a moisturizer but it depends on the ingredients and what the instructions indicate.
