when you have 2 local Sephora stores within 10 miles apart and you want to go check some products out, only to find out that one of them carries one brand that you want to check out, but not the other, so you have to drive to the 2nd store.. smh lol

As someone who likes to keep my makeup clean and neat, the images in this email are driving me crazy. How do you even get that much product on the cap?

@skcfan Oh, c’mon man, really?? It’s called ADVERTISING. Of course it needs to look fun and creative. Yes, they want to give you, the customer, an intriguing and thought-provoking idea of what a product is and how it can relate to you. Yes, they want to provide as much of an idea of a product’s color and texture. Of course they want to delight the eye. Are you literally challenging, or bashing...seriously??—a pretty picture? We’re talking makeup here. “Oh, they’re serving us up a bunch of B.S.?!” The shimmery pink and luxe gold look great together, not to mention it’s a nice idea to try out on your own eyes. And hey, I doubt anyone at Stila expected, um...odd makeup sales ad hate?? Yeah. It needs to be eye-catching. And, hm—it caught *your* eye, didn’t it? Maybe you wanted a disclaimer*? *Note: This is solely intended to be a pretty and whimsical picture designed to capture your attention and make you feel happy and excited about our product. We at Stila Creative have access to many types of mediums, and talent, which we work with every day, and which the everyday consumer may or may not possess as well. We have plenty of product and computer programs to work with. When you go on a 3 day juice cleanse to detoxify yourself after that Super Bowl nightmare, but it's too late, you've been too badly behaved, your skin breaks out on day 2 of the cleanse. Now you have an empty stomach AND backne to worry about. 😞  I really need to watch what I eat during events like this.

When you get overly excited to see Atelier in the rewards section and use your points for it...to only later look at it and realize you got something with a very heavy coffee note....I hate coffee...

Oh no! That one threw me off when I first tried it too... It's a shame because to my nose the tuberose really takes a backseat to the coffee note.

The LE sleeve is still awfully cute, though ❤️

@Samtian Several of us received this fragrance as part of a gratis package a few months ago and it seemed to smell quite different on all of us, and changed over time quite a bit. For me, I didn't get as strong a coffee scent, definitely more of a spice, leather, smoke back, at first, that then mellowed into a fairly sweet chocolate note over time. Definitely unique, maybe it will work out!

@Samtian Awww, okay then, no dice, this most certainly is not the scent for you 🙂 I almost went for this reward too, I thought the name of the fragrance was "Endless Love" and only saw that it was Cafe Tuberosa after a tiny voice in my head went, don't you HAVE a red label Atelier cologne, and I clicked through for the details. Sneaky sephora, sneaky...

Though, I recall that you can actually return rewards, right? Maybe that's the way to go!

When your order arrives 2 days early and you're so impressed that it takes you half a day to realize you only got 2 out of 3 samples and 1 out of 2 deluxe samples from a promo code. I've been pretty fortunate with samples in the past but now i see what other BIC members have been complaining about.

I've got two. When you think you scored something you REALLY wanted after it comes back "in stock" just to have Sephora cancel the order because it was NOT actually in stock. AND because of all that you miss out on the GWP you really wanted. Just happened to me with the monthly VIB/ Rouge GWP and Quench promo. Sigh.

@Lazybeautybeast  Omg I HATE THIS!!! Ive had this happen not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES!!!! The only good thing I have to say is that despite the cancelled orders they DID send me the gift with purchase that I got with them. SO it was like getting them for free! So maybe you should complain to customer service????
