This is getting out of control. There’s so many pages of it that I can’t find any threads unless I type them in the search box. This is so annoying.

Oh goodie, now the spam bot has three accounts posting at the same time. 😕

I've been trying valiantly to keep up, but I just can't anymore...I hate seeing the board like this, but I also hate the fact that Sephora can't implement basic controls inherent to pretty much any chat board out there, and that we get stuck with this ugly mess as a result. I enjoy hanging here, but not spending hours fighting spam just so I can see the threads again.

@RGbrown Seriously.  What if there's a super awesome GWP at Ulta sometime between now and when it gets fixed and we all miss it because we were hoping the thread would show up on the front page?!  I tried bumping the ulta thread earlier this morning but it went down in like a minute.

Ulta is one of two or three threads I'm willing to search for. I take no chances! hahahahahahahahaha

(it's also the only one of 7 or 8 subscriptions I have set up that actually works, so I get notifications when someone posts there 😄 )

On any given night, I'm generally around, and I mark all spam I see, maybe 15-20 or so. A really heavy night would annoy me, and that was like 40 spam posts. Now that we're in "count by the number of hours" territory...yeah, I feel bad about leaving it, but this isn't my job and I have way better things I could be doing. Sephora needs to fix the problem, not leave us to clean it up 😞

Will someone please tell this poor spam bot which toners and primers are best for oily skin? Poor thing’s obviously desperate to know! 

(Seriously though, BIC’s tech team needs to figure out how to stop this. UGH.)

@tsavorite @GG84 Thanks to you and the others for the warning. I’ve stopped marking spam. Didn’t we have an option to do that at one point without opening the thread?  I feel like we did.

@Indy701 I certainly can recall being able to mark spam without opening the thread as recently as the latter half of last year... but the option doesn't seem to be available now. Not sure when that changed 😕 Can't mark anything as spam now because the spam threads don't actually open even if I try to click on them (I get an error message).

Oh man, again? Yesterday morning I thought my laptop was gonna crash because all I would get was this error, no matter what website I tried to move to

I cleared my cookies and that fixed it though.
