Being at $40 or $48 when a direct site only gives free shipping at $50...and also not free returns.

@greeneyedgirl107 some of these shipping thresholds are putting me off ordering. YSL has 30% off the site but the shipping threshold is $100 🙄

@makeitup305 oh my!  I had heard about the sale but never imagined $100 minimum.  I think some of these brands are too elitist.

@greeneyedgirl107 I think shipping costs have just gotten too expensive overall so if they do a deep discount they want to get their money's worth. I understand when it's an indie or smaller brand but big brands no.

Buying a gorgeous pinky-nude lipstick, and having it turn orange on me. Grrrr. I’m looking at you, Hourglass Oasis.

I have very pigmented lips, so every light lipstick either doesn't show up at all or looks like I'm wearing a white crayola. Just out of frustration, I tried covering my lips with various coatings, like a very light covering of foundation or an under eye concealer. I didn't stick with it long enough to perfect it, but it DID work in enabling a light pink lipstick to finally show up on my lips and be true to the color swatch.

@Beadshopgirl - This happened to me with CT Pillow Talk lipstick.  It turned a peachy yellow.  It was very unattractive!

People using their long nails to scoop out skincare. Yuck!

@Crazy4Sephora1  okay that’s a bit disturbing.  Nails are always bacteria ridden no matter how well you wash your hands.

After doing your makeup, and or even just after you put on mascara, and as soon as you do you get what I call eye boogies… so you have to pull it out and tears run down your face
