Have any of you been able to snag anything from Holt Refrew sale section at all? They have some really good discounts on designer stuff. But everything's alway OOS. I wonder were them ever in stock...It's like sephora epic rewards...
I picked up some sale items recently, but they weren't er exciting ones. I also missed out on the expensive chocolate, like Asche 😞

I've never managed to snag something on sale from Holts. I just wanted some ridiculously expensive chocolate and even that was OOS. -__-

I was super upset and contacted their CS. They said they'll check the availability of in-store stock and get back to me before the end of yesterday, and I haven't heard anything from them so far...
Boooo!!!! I hate holts and their horrible CS... but I am considering something in the sale section haha 😄
It's kind of odd that Holts has such horrible CS, after all, isn't their whole shtick about providing a fantastic/luxurious shopping experience? Like come on. If you can hire people to open the doors, you can hire people to answer e-mails in a timely manner. The way they hype themselves up, you'd think that a SA would bring your purchases right to your door, riding a white horse.
@Babypeachist@Asche try their website online chat to get to an online agent. I logout my account on Boxing Day and got it resolved in less than 5 minutes
I never have luck with them, and I get irritated when they have to get my email, address and even phone number before a simple question like what's excluded from the GC event...why do you need my address? why!

I was at the Abbotsford Sephora today to try and score a Alchemist palette, online said in stock. Walked around, no joy.. so I asked. I was escorted to the cashier where they were keeping the display on lockdown, I was allowed to touch it with supervision but was clearly on a 'countdown' of how long that was allowed to be before I had to hand it back...
None in stock, of course.
Grr.

I found a new pet peeve this afternoon: stores that do not price match their website prices.
Most of the BECCA items I wanted in the Sale section went OOS pretty quickly, but I noticed my local Sephora had them in stock and made a trip to stock up. They weren't on sale there - and when asked if they'd honor their online price, the SA refused to do so stating it was against company policy. 😞
when you really need to order shampoo, but all the sephora promo codes are terrrribbble.
I think Ulta is doing some promos on jumbo shampoo and conditioners, plus point multipliers. And a gwp bag for purchases over $60.
Carrie Fisher died. As far as I'm concerned she was a goddess and a beauty icon... and 2016 has gone too far.
