Good neutral eyeshadow

I am new to makeup and so I only wear mascara, lip gloss or chapstick, and occasionally eyeliner, but I would really like a neutral or somewhat toned down shade of eyeshadow for special occasions and such. I have fair skin with golden undertones, light brown eyes with a bit of green around the edges, and medium brown hair with some natural goldish highlights. What color(s) would you recommend? Thanks!

Re: Good neutral eyeshadow

Well first i recommend you the "Naked" eyeshadow palette it has neutral colors since you are a beginner now this comes in two "Naked" which is the origianal that i prefer and "Naked 2" Ill linked them down for you

Re: Good neutral eyeshadow

I would recommend the Lorac PRO palette or any of the UrbanDecay naked palettes(there are three available) Theres a few TooFaced palettes, they're nice as well. (:

go search it up and see which one you like best and which ones best fit your budget Smiley Very Happy Smiley Very Happy

Hi 59rushwoosh-

I could not agree more, the Urban Decay Naked Palettes are good to basics to have and play around with different looks. Another alternative palette that I recommend is the Too Faced Natural Eye Neutral Eye Shadow Collection.

Re: Good neutral eyeshadow

The new urban decay naked neutral palette would also be a good choice to look at. Hope this helps!

Re: Good neutral eyeshadow

The new Urban Decay Basics palette sounds perfect for you, and it can be bought at a more affordable price... all of the shadows included are matte, so they should be more neutral than the Naked and Naked 2 palettes. I would recommend using Urban Decay's eyelid primer underneath the eyeshadow, so that it lasts all day. Hope this helps!
