@HiMaryna while you are waiting for a reply from either thread... here's what posted on sephora.ca . Assuming they treat the arrival date as Nov 2, it could take another 30 days.  Hope things work out for you.

You need to contact Customer Service via phone or else post in the Customer Support group. Mods don't monitor every post to the board, and posting in Bath & Body means it's likely no one with Sephora will see it.
