Stretch Marks covering

Hello I have been working out in the gym and recently I noticed that my skin is getting stretched although I do have very old stretch marks since I was born and it seems very hard to get rid of them. How can I cover them up using make up? Hint. Some of my stretch marks are white and some are red.
