Self care is self love

Ladies please take care of yourself, self care is self love. take the time out to drink a glass of wine or take a couple of shots or drink some water or some hot tea take a nice hot shower or bath!! You know get a nice for later and I‘s body serum and a nice lotion oh and don’t forget to get body wash. Do a nice skin care routine. Put on some very nice comfortable pajamas, and watch YouTube and online or your favorite Hulu or Netflix series or if you like me a very good anime and relax. I hope for tip if your mom like me do it while you kids are sleep it’s the best thing in the world
