Order "in Progress" but out of stock

I placed an order on Saturday for a couple of items, and it is still listed as "In Progress". When I placed the order, everything was still in stock. However, one of the items is now listed as Out of Stock when I review my order details. Will I still get that item?

 

I'm frustrated by the whole "unless you paid for rush shipping, your order is delayed 7 days" thing, especially if it now means that someone who ordered after me is going to get the product while mine will be cancelled. Does Sephora not value all of its customers equally? Sorry for the rant.

Have you tried posting your concern in the customer support thread or calling the customer service number for assistance? If not, I would start there.
