A good non-injectable treatment to try would be Dr. Brandt's Crease Release (http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P55418&categoryId=B70) -- it's pricey, but effective. It relaxes facial muscles and smoothes fine lines, lasting several hours (but the effects become cumulative if used over a long period of time). You could also try Dr. Brandt's Lines No More, which, at $55, is almost 1/3 of the price of Crease Release...it's more of a plumping product -- it fills in lines, but the effect is not as long term: http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P226704&categoryId=B70. 

A good anti-aging cream for the mid-20s would be Clinique's Youth Surge -- it comes in day and night formulations, and you can try the combination oily to oily version: http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P255403&categoryId=B70. My skin is sensitive, too, and Clinique products never bother me.
