“Young” Products, Middle Age

Hello, my name is Marie and I am not new to Sephora but new to the community.  I am 55 years old and use a variety of skin care products including Dermalogica and Caudalie and Estée Lauder.  I also have several Fenty products.  I joke that I have Rihanna and Lady Gaga on my face!  Sometimes, though, I worry that these products are “too young” for a middle-aged woman, although I totally love them.

i hope I posted this in the right place and hope to gain knowledge and advice from being in these groups!

Re: “Young” Products, Middle Age

Totally agree with the other posters...as long as the products make you feel good, it doesn't matter how "young" or "old" they are.  I'm still a fan of Too Faced Eye Shadow primer and I'm definitely out of their demographic.

Re: “Young” Products, Middle Age

I have combination skin and I'm 58. I like #glowrecipe watermelon pink juice moisturizer in the summer.  I love the smell and it's light. I figure I can use other things with it or at night but it's my goto during the day. Heavier moisturizers sometimes break me out.

Re: “Young” Products, Middle Age

The main thing is not your age but your inside feeling. And you can use all skin care products that don't depend on age. If these products make your skin better, use them.

Hi, @Maire15 !  The makeup police will not be coming after you.  These products are for everyone.  It's your face, you wear what you want!  Oh, I'm 58 by BTW. 😁
