Are there any good under eye concealers that also combat puffiness?

I used Peter Thomas Roth water drench hyaluronic cloud hydrating eye gel. It got rid of my puffy eyes instantly

@Jayme215  Anything containing caffeine will increase circulation and constrict the blood vessels and reduce puffiness.  
you can also perform lymphatic massage (there are instructional videos online) with a quartz roller or gua sha which will also drastically reduce eye puffiness, as will sleeping with your head propped up above your heart;).
