Surreal Skin Argan Finishing Balm

Bonjour /Hi ! 

I would like to know if the Surreal Skin Argan Finishing Balm is solid (like a powder) or creamy? Because when I read all the reviews, it's not clear about how to use it.

It's creamy.  I use it as a primer.  The brand suggests using it as a "finisher" on top of makeup, but I wouldn't recommend using it that way, as that'll probably mess up your makeup.
