Returning items

I purchased an ole henrikson cream in a kit, turned out the cream was off. Couldn’t get in right away to return it, after being told I could. Used the other items in the kit which were fine, turned out cant return it without the other items! Wish they told me that when I called. Won’t be back to Sephora, very disappointed with the hideous customer service and the fact that you sold me product so very obviously off. Who knows what it could have done to me if I’d tried to use it.
