Oily skin Anti-Aging

I'm in my mid 30's with oily, acne prone and sometimes sensitive skin. I would love to hear suggestions and tips for all things anti-aging (eye cream, serum, moisturizer, mask, oils, EVERYTHING!). I have your basic skincare routine and want to add more anti-aging products.

Do you use retinol? I have combination acne-prone skin, and retinol has made my skin smoother and also helps any acne flare-ups to go away quicker. Start with every other night, and be sure to moisturize and use SPF as it can make skin more sensitive to the sun. Give it a few months to work and for your skin to get used to it.
