Oil safe for eyes

I have dry under eyes. I use a great eye cream that really helps, but once I put on moisturizing concealers, my under eye dries up like the Sahara Desert. I’ve tried all manner of combinations and the only thing that helps is adding some of my eye cream to the concealer. I am hoping to find an oil that might work better with the concealer to keep that moisturized. What is safe for the tear duct area and under eye?
