NuFACE Mini Help

Hey there, I’m hoping that someone can help me solve this issue. I purchased my NuFACE device a year ago and it was working great up until now. The device will charge (I can see the lights) but it won’t turn on when I try to use it. Has anyone else run into this problem or know of any solutions? I absolutely love this device and I would hate to have wasted my money.
