My mom is most picky I want to splurge and get a light weight foundation that won’t settle in to wrinkles she has very dry skin I was thinking the Charlotte tilbury light wonder foundation my mom is 69 and only has deep wrinkles around mouth and under eyes also I would like to get her something for under eye bags it seams most cream and eye serums hold moisture and makes bags worse if anyone has any suggestions on any foundation that may work or under eye skin care it would be a huge help ❤️
