Kosas Cloud setting powder vs Saie air set settings powder?

Hi! I’m trying to decide between these to setting powders? I tried the Huda cake and it was awfully drying. But wanted to try some kind of blurring effect. I have some under eye lines, a little dry skin and I’m in my late 30’s.
