Is Drunk Elephant’s C-Firma’s formulation going to change because of the lawsuit?

Curious if anyone has heard any updates about L’Oreal suing Drunk Elephant for using their patented formulation to make C-Firma? Is this why C-Firma keeps selling out so fast on Sephora? I hope not, cuz I really love C-Firma and don’t want it to become less affective because they had to switch things up because of the lawsuit. Your help is very appreciated!
