If you could have ONLY ONE antiaging wrinkle-fighting product what would you choose?

If you could have only one antiaging wrinkle-fighting product what would you choose?  I have tried zillions of different skincare products over the years and, honestly, I haven't found one that I could say is the best product for fighting fine lines and wrinkles.  Different products have given me different results (of which many have been very good) and I am constantly swapping brands and using different products because I still haven't found one that I think is truly the best.  What facial line diminishing product would you recommend if you could keep only one product and have no others?

I have yet to find the perfect (or even nearly perfect) eye cream -- I have tried so many, and while I've found a lot of good ones, I have yet to find one I love. I think I have to go with Retin-A for my one anti-aging product!

I am in the same situation as you are I keep switching because I still have not the found the right combination yet. But right now I would say right now my "one" product would be Philosophy's Help Me. It did not elimate all my wrinkles (on forehead) but it did reduce them.
