Low sugar, low alcohol diet is key.  I used to hit the wine 3-5 times a week. When I gave it up 5 years ago my skin transformed. Not just my face, all the rough bumpy skin on my body disappeared. It takes about 90 days to really get the alcohol damage out of your body.  I use a retinol product every night -Roc, but I just decided to splurge & just treated myself to a La Met product. I’ll keep ya all posted! Stay strong ladies!!!!

La Mer works!  I did a trial sized La Mer cream. It instantly felt wonderful on my face but it took almost a week to see/feel a difference. I’m a frugal gal on a budget but decided to splurge and ordered the full size.  Perhaps I will save money by needing less botox👍

What is the key to get fit ? I bought waist trainer belts but didn't work for me, adopt keto diet but no change, massive exercise zero results. I don't know where the problem lies
