How to deal with my under eyes?

My under eyes are dark, hollow, and just a mess. I’m only 22 years old- and I want to hear any suggestions/product recommendations you guys have!

I find my eyes look really dark and puffy when I’m not drinking enough water. Try drink 3L a day for a week and see if it improves. I’m also loving the Fresh Eye cream

I have hereditary dark circles. I really like Benefit Boing Airbrush Concealer. I apply it with my fingers or a brush and it blends well and doesn’t cake. It’s an everyday must for me in my routine. Try it out and see if you like it. I can post a pic of one eye with and one eye without if you want to see how it conceals.
