@Anonymous I love Nars Radiant Tinted Moisturizer or MAC Lightful C Balm.  For undereye darkness I would recommend Origins Ginzing Eye Cream to brighten the under eye or Becca Under Eye Brightening Corrector or even a peach/salmon concealer to cancel out the darkness.
