Cleansing wash for face mature skin

I am looking for cleansing wash for my face for mature skin

Re: Cleansing wash for face mature skin

I highly recommend the exfoliating face wash made by Clarins!  It is the BEST, I promise!  I am 47 and I have been using this and getting tons of compliments on how pretty my skin looks.

Re: Cleansing wash for face mature skin

I used clarins from 30 to 52; I’ve made the switch to caudalie and couldn’t be happier; I’m 53 now.
Either of these two brands are safe for sensitive mature skin.  I use Caudalie Resveratrol Lift Retinol Alternative Firming Cashmere Moisturizer day & night as well as the Caudalie VinoHydra Hydrating Hyaluronic Serum 1 oz / 30 ml.  I use the whole line and I am very happy.  I grabbed the Caudalie Vinoclean Moisturizing Toner with Rose Water 6.7 oz/ 200 mL andyou’ll want the cleanser too!

I do hope you find what you’re looking for.

@Brooklynskies  If you have very dry skin, La Roche-Posay Lipikar AP+ Moisturizing Wash is a good option. If your skin’s more in the balanced to dry range, consider LRP’s Toleriane Hydrating Cleanser. For either skin type/behavior, also consider The INKEY List Oat Makeup Removing Cleansing Balm 5 oz/ 150 mL: it can be used as a standalone cleanser or the first step of a double cleanse.

I’m in my 50s and my skin’s mostly-dry combo, but it’s also quite reactive/inflammation-prone. My daily facial cleanser is a Korean cleansing bar (Abib Calming Facial Soap Heartleaf Stone, which isn’t a true soap despite the name) that contains soothing ingredients my particular skin needs. Sometimes I use The Inkey List Oat Cleansing Balm as a solo cleanser instead, especially when my skin’s in bad reaction or tantrum mode. I also use that cleansing balm to remove makeup and certain sunscreens. Before I found the Abib bar, I often used CeraVe Hydrating Cleansing Bar on my face and the rest of my body; I still use it on my body. I prefer the solid bar over the cream version (CeraVe Hydrating Facial Cleanser), but some folks love the cream cleanser instead.
