smalls bumps mostly on neck and jaw

I am really struggling here. These bumps showed up two days ago, seemingly all at once. I noticed my mask was irritating my face but I didn’t notice them til I washed my face later that day.  The day before when I washed my face I did not have them. They can be a little itchy but it hurts when i scratch them. I’m unsure if it’s a rash or what, google just keeps telling me they’re closed comedones but I just don’t think that’s it. Any advice or product recs would be greatly appreciated as this has quickly became a major insecurity.
