skin coloured spotss

i have these skin coloured spots?? all over my face- its almost like blocked pores what do i do??

Sounds like you have closed comadones (hopefully spelt right I'm not a doctor here) they're basically black heads without an opening. Exfoliating gently a few times a week should help them and I noticed fast food and greasy food makes me get those pesky things so if that's in your diet maybe cutting it as much as you can. Also drinking water can't hurt to flush your system and keep skin healthy. Hope I helped❤️
