red itchy bumps on skin

I have normal / oily skin and these bumps have popped up overnight , don’t think they’re acne but they itch randomly . Could this be because i over exfoliated ? I used Exfolikate treatment and a purlisse detoxing mask one day after the other , and then used the aztec clay 3 days later . Or is this just an allergic reaction

Looks like a possible reaction from a product or overuse of a product. I’d say use soothing products in this case or even a hydrocortisone cream OTC. Ice as well. Avoid any exfoliation, AHA/BHA/PHA until it’s better.

It's possible that it's overexfoliation, @gabiii18 but it sounds more like a negative reaction with the itching. Were any of those products new to you?
