pores/textured skin

I need recommendations on a primer that isn’t heavy or has silicone that will either minimize or eliminate my pores and skin texture…I can’t seem to find anything that works with liquid or even cream foundation that won’t look cakey on me! My skin is also sensitive I get hormonal acne but I’ve been better with skincare routines as I’m getting older. So if anyone can relate help a girl out!
