hormones killing my glow

I’m going thru hormonal changes . Teenage acne like changes. Blackheads, pimples scarring you name it. What can I do to clear my skin? Bye my skin is very dry.

When hormones are killing your glow, and you cant go with the flow...

try something with turmeric in it! I think Clinique has some, or just drink a lot of turmeric tea and see if there is an improvement in your skin. Of course, also see a dermatologist but honestly, sometimes I feel like I know more than they do and all they want is to make you buy expensive shit.

Have you been to a dermatologist? That would be step one obviously. But for an at-home solution to glowing skin, use Apple Cider Vinegar with some water and use it as a toner on your skin. It has amazing benefits for your skin!!
