hormonal acne problem

umm idk

well i really need help to find hormonal acne products to get rid of all of this please help.

Re: hormonal acne problem

I was dealing with a lot of hormonal acne; I tired chemical peels, retinol, BHAโ€™s, AHAโ€™s, and 3 different antibiotics and my acne never fully healed or just kept returning.

I saw someone share that they used Magnesium supplements to help their acne so I tired it, they work pretty well; i read that it was something to do with how the magnesium changes the viscosity of the sebum (skin oil) to help it be less pore-clogging. May be worth looking into for you!

I also suggest the Tower 28 skincare line because itโ€™s formulated for people with sensitive skin and they donโ€™t contain anything that would lead to a flare up or anything. The Tower 28 Beauty SOS Daily Rescue Facial Spray 4 oz/ 120 mL is my favourite! I also use the Tower 28 Beauty SOS Daily Skin Barrier Redness Recovery Moisturizer 1.86 oz / 52.73 g and the Tower 28 Beauty SOS Intensive Redness Relief Serum 2 oz / 59 mL. good luck @chyna122 !

Re: hormonal acne problem

Just to follow up on this - the hypochlorous acid is super great. You can buy cheaper versions online, but in general, I have found my skin barrier change for the better after using it for over a year. It's great in the morning, after the gym, before bed, etc. Also, you definitely don't need a lot of products to change your skin. Just make sure you're moisturized and focus on repairing the skin barrier. Good luck with your journey!!

Re: hormonal acne problem

That is so funny I was literally just looking at those products because I struggle with hormonal acne
