fungal ance or closed comedones?

 I have had these small bumps on my face for away and I don’t know if they are fungal or comedones? I was wondering if anyone can help me figure out what they are and please give me some treatment options?

I have a lot of closed comedones and they aren’t like this but try paulas choice 2% bha liquid formula. When I first started using it, it helped clear them away so much. 😊 if it doesn’t work you should go see a dermatologist just in case.
