cystic acne

i have been dealing with awful cystic acne on my nose. nowhere else. just my nose. i cut out processed sugars and changed my diet but its only causing me to break out more. is my detox causing me to break out? any treatment recommendations for cystic acne? also any alternatives to glycolic acid? it helped my skin texture but had the worst burning feeling on my skin.
