black and white heads

Hello, thank you for your time. I have literally spent thousands and thousands of dollars on every product I can think of, including professional services, and cannot find a permanent solution for clearing black-and-white heads under my bottom lip and on my chin. Any suggestions? thx so much

Have you tried any acids? Paula’s choice 2% BHA absolutely changed my skin. I noticed a difference the first time I used it. It really helps unclog pores and manage breakouts. Right now I use it a few times/week at night after cleansing followed by hydrating serum, eye cream and moisturizer. I swap nights with AHAs (pixi glow tonic more so and Sunday Riley good genes 1-2x/week.)
