Slow but steady! Listen to your derm. Sometimes your skin purges and breaks out more from new products - it can be scary at first but then the end result is what you wanted. Keep your routines simple. Hydrate and sunscreen. Trust me I know it’s HARD. I was on accutane for a year and a half and I wish I didn’t pick and prod and try and do so much or I would have considerably less scaring. You got this Gf ❤️❤️

Hey lol, im reviving this thread, im giving good infos so check it out 😉 I ordered from PC's online, they ship to Canada, ... let me tell you about it. I ordered 2 travel size (5$ for a 30ml) products, 1 other product that is also very small, and a few other items to try like 2 makeup and dirt remover wipes, and a few other samples. Its cost around 30$, but this is US dollar. Add taxes, add shipping. It cost me around 50$ all for 2 travel size (30ml) products, 1 small product, and a few samples. Right now its Not worth it. I yet have to try the products so i will update you.

It sounds like you can benefit from including a retinol product into your routine. It can help with the acne and anti-aging. Just be advised that when you use retinol, you must avoid using any actives (vitamin c, salicylic acid, glycolic acid, etc) and religiously use sunscreen. It is preferred to use prescription grade for maximum efficacy, but there are a few retinol products available over the counter. A few options: Dr. Different Vitamin A Cream (available at Costco), Sunday Riley A+ High Does Retinol Serum, Drunk Elephant A-Passioni Retinol Cream. If you are open to seeing a dermatologist online, I would suggest Apostrophe. It costs $90 for their three-month supply of the Tretinoin + Clindamycin cream and it is effective. I used to have mild to moderate acne, and the cream cleared up my acne within a few days. I'll still use a few days of the week as maintenance, but I do not need to use it everyday any longer. To remove sunscreen/makeup, I would recommend using an oil cleanser and double cleanse. I find that a face cleanser does not complete the job. I use the Shu Uemura Porefinist2, but there are plenty of other oil cleansers out there. Good luck!

Get a prescription! It’s the best and least expensive way to go with retinol. Otherwise, drunk elephant is the next best thing in my opinion. Start by one application every 2 or 3 nights and build your tolerance so you don’t breakout ❤️

@FalcSteph I'm just about my first bottle of the HA 2% + B5 - you should be good with any cerave product! The Hyaluronic Acid is pretty versatile since it can be used with any other active and just needs some moisture in the air to be really effective. It can be a little tacky/sticky as it dries down but your moisturizer should cover that up pretty easily.

A few options for oily skin moisturizers, @Adrena11: Caudalie Vinosource Moisturizing Sorbet 1.3 oz / 40 mL, belif The True Cream Aqua Bomb 3.38 oz/ 100 mL Value Size, Kate Somerville Goat Milk Moisturizing Cream 1.7 oz/ 50 mL, CosRx Oil-Free Moisturizing Lotion, Etude House Moistfull Collagen Emulsion, Benton Snail Bee Steam Cream Please don't add in any treatments like retinol until you have a solid basic routine of cleanser, moisturizer, and daily sunscreen. It could cause irritation or damage to your skin otherwise. @Adrena11
