acne scars and sudden outbreaks

Hi, My skin has been doing great for awhile until one day it decided to break out one pimple after the other. I like to use natural products but I don't know what to do about this and acne scars. Ayudame! Thanks!

I would recommend drinking lots of water and using a salacitic acid to rid both of the acne and scaring.

I also need to drink more water these days

Since this is a sudden change in your skin you have to ask yourself, "What am I doing different?"  Have you started using new products (skin, hair, laundry etc)?  Taking a new medication?  If so, eliminate whatever is new and see if the breakouts stop.

If you like to stick with natural products I suggest trying Juice Beauty.  I've tried several of their products and highly recommend all but the cleansing milk (didn't remove my makeup).

As for the acne scarring, I have heard that 100% pure vitamin E oil, when massaged onto the area twice daily will reduce scarring.  Otherwise you could always try Clinique's new spot fader.  It's not natural but it may be worth a try if the Vitamin E oil doesn't work.

You may want to go around your home and disinfect/wash anything that your face may come in contact with.  It may be a new product you're using or you may just need to clean your brushes/applicators.  Get more sleep, eat nutrient rich food, and take a bath or do something to relieve whatever stress you've got going on.  That always helps my skin get back on track.

For acne scarring and to keep skin clear I use glycolic and lactic acid.  I like the Ole Henriksen Invigorating Night Gel to start with and then once your skin is used to that introduce a stronger treatment.  I use the Brazilian peel but, it is pretty pricey.  Glycolic treatments are the most effective and least costly way to soften acne scars.  Just make sure it's not too fresh of a scar since that can make it look worse.

For hyperpigmentation marks the Ole Henriksen Sheer Transformation lightened mine a bit.  Vitamin C is also good for acne scars and acne.  But, many people can get acne from Vitamin C.  Ole's Truth Serum Broke me out but I'm fine with Boscia's Antioxidant Recovery Treatment C.  It just depends on your skin and which C derivitive is in the product.

Thanks so much. I really have been stressing lately and not getting enough rest.
