What's the best waterproof foundation for acne

I'm trying to look for a good foundation and concealer to cover up my horrible baggy dark eyes and blemishes, What is a good sweatproof, waterproof foundation and concealer that is good for high coverage aswell as to cover up to cover up acne and blemishes I have very bad skin problems any tips would help even tips to help my skin heal ❤️ My Preferred Price range aka buget: $10 - $100 ( not wearing foundation in this photo to show off my bad skin) Thank you so much

Try the tarte shape tape concealer or jouer essential high coverage concealer, both are good full coverage options.
