I think a mattifying primer will help as said above.

 

one of my favorites is kind of pricey but works for me

I prefer products that aren't silicone based primers because they'll accentuate the texture from acne

I have really bad acne prone skin and oily skin as well.

What worked for me was the Mattifying Primer with Anti-Acne by Cover Fx
