What’s a good moisturizer for my skin type?

I have cystic acne and recently my skin has been getting really dry because of the cold weather. Usually it’s really oily though. What’s a good moisturizer I can use that isn’t very oily, doesn’t have fragrance, and won’t make me breakout?
