What kind of acne do i have? Do i even have acne?

I'm having trouble on what type of acne I have or if I even have acne. I have a lot of blackheads around my whole t-zone and little ones on my cheek. I also have textured skin but it's not like normal acne. It's just regular small bumps the color of my skin so basically just textured skin and some redness and hyperpigmentaion on my cheeks only. My skin type is like combo but throughout the winter it gets more dry. The products I'm currently using are 

1. Corsrx Propolis Synergy toner

2. Torriden hylourinic acid serum

3. The ordinary hylourinic acid serum

4. Just basic lotion for my skin

And for sunscreen I use the biore Japanese sunscreen. Oh and cleanser I also use the Japanese whip cleanser in the blue bottle.

Plz help and if you can recommend products. Also see if the products I am using aren't very good.
